Buy-in:
Assign each teammate to one of the following. Everyone goes at the same time:
1 rope climb + 15 burpees + 1 rope climb
200m row + 50 double unders
10 box jumps + 20 DB snatches + 10 box jumps (24/20)
Everyone must finish their station before moving to the next part.
400m team Sled push (2/1 plates)
1000m equipment carry with the following:
Kettlebell (53/35)
Barbell (95/65)
Slammer ball
Stop at grassy field with equipment.
80m Full team walking lunges with all equipment.
Continue equipment carry. At 800m mark: (2 teammates working)
90 ground-to-overheads (95/65)
120 ball slams
At end-of-alley: (2 teammates working)
120 KB swings
120v-ups
Back at gym:
3 sets each of FML thruster complex:
5 thrusters + 5 burpee over bar + 5 thrusters (115/75) (95/65)
