Three 10 minute AMRAPs where one partner works at a time for two movements and both work together for the third movement. Partners switch for each round within the AMRAP.
AMRAP 1: 10 minutes
Partner A: 10 Alt. Single Arm DB Clean & Jerks (50/35)
Partner B: 10 box jump overs (24/20)
Together: 10 synchro burpees
5 Minutes Rest
AMRAP 2: 10 minutes
Partner A: 10 goblet squats (53/35 KB or 50/35 DB)
Partner B: 10 pull-ups
Together: 20 partner med ball sit-ups
5 Minutes Rest
AMRAP 3: 10 minutes
Partner A: 10 Alt. DB snatches (50/35)
Partner B: 10 DB push presses (2×35/2×50)
Together: 30 dubs (or 60 singles)
