Rx: 50/35 dumbbells
Scaled: 35/15 or lighter

Scaled: hanging knee raises, weighted push ups, V-Ups
Rx: double unders
Scaled: singles x2, DB Hop Overs, etc.
Notes: The entire workout is you go I go. For the carries, partners walk together with one carrying at a time till you complete 400m. If partners are sharing weights they can go out to the 400m mark together and switch as needed. If partners have different weights, they can walk together to the 100 or 200m mark and switch at the gym.
