200m KB farmers carry
60 double unders
60 DB shoulder rack lunges
60 DB push press
20 snatches (95/65)
Notes: Only do the 800m row as buy-in. Start over at sit-ups on round 2. Both partners working on synchro burpees.
For the double unders, we recommend you spend no more than 20-30 seconds for any set of 30 reps. If you find yourself tripping and really slowing down, consider doing 30 single unders, hop overs, skip overs, or even toe taps to stay moving. The front rack lunge will for sure fatigue your shoulders going into the push press, so you may consider a quick break between movements.
