Beginning April 22nd —- Afternoon Class Schedules will be as follows:
Monday thru Friday we are offering class times at 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm
Thursday Programming will now include a rotation the following: Mobility, Skills Work, Active Recovery, HAWT FIRE conditioning, Strongman and Race Training. LETS GO!
