Teams of 3
Start running clock:
Each team has 15′ to establish a 1 rep Heavy clean & jerk. Each pound of team weight takes off 1 second from total team time. (Total is add up all 3 teammates individual 1 rep)
At exactly 15′ mark, the following WOD starts:
* Relay run murphy loop x2, one person running at a time, tag teammate
* 50m platoon carry to stop sign) 2 people carry punching bag, one farmer carry 2 KB, switch as needed)
* 60 KB swings (53/35) (two people working)
* 50m platoon carry back (bring back bag and KBs)
* 60 pullups (two people working)
* 200m platoon carry to mailboxes
* 60 goblet squats (53/35)(two people working)
* 200m platoon carry back
* 60 box jumps
* Platoon carry to cul de sac
* At cul-de-sac: 60 KB swings (two people working)
*platoon carry back
*60 push ups
*loop run to complete WOD.
Use running clock for the entire workout then subtract total team weight lifted
scale with bar carry or individual sand bags
