Coaching Notes: This workout is a breeze the first 4-5 rounds, but most people will find Rounds 6-10 very difficult. Pick a Deadlift weight you feel is heavy(ish) but that you can go unbroken on most or all rounds. Scale the box height before scaling the actual reps. V-Ups will be a better scale for this workout than hanging knee raises as it keeps the stimulus on the full range hip hinge.
