Teams of 2 (split reps, u-go-I-go)
30 minute window to complete the following:
10 minutes to Establish a 1RM Squat clean

Directly into:
1 Mile Run (together)
In the remaining time AMRAP:
30 Front Squats
30 Ball slams
30 Burpees

L1: 135/95
L2: 155/105

Cool down: 400m cool down walk
