As a team of 4, complete the following:

Buy in-
1 Team member runs 1000m, while the other 3 complete air squats for reps.*


2 Rounds of:
2 Partners complete both exercises at  station 1, while 2 Partners complete both exercises at station 2.
Upon completion of station, partners switch stations.


Team 1000m Run with Wall Ball and Slam Ball

For Time.

Station 1: 25 Wall Balls (20#/14#), 25 Ball Slams (20#/15#)
Station 2: 25 Pushups, 25 Parallette Pass Throughs

*Team members are stationed at 200m, 400m and 600m marks.
As runner passes them, they pick up on the run and finish 1000m run together. -:01 second off time for each AS completed.
