As a team of 4, complete the following:

200 Pullups*
200 Pushups*
200 Box Jumps*
200 Wall Balls*


Run FB loop with KB (53#/35) and a Slam Ball (20#/15#).
At the Cul-de-sac, stop and complete 100 Ball Slams and 100 KB swings
with members working 2 at a time.

For Time.

* Throughout this section, 2 Team Members work on reps, you-go-I-go,
while the other 2 Team members complete 200m Farmer’s Carry 2×35 M/2×15 F.
Each completed carry is :15 seconds off of total time
