4 Rounds for time:
40 Pullups
100m Equipment Carry/Run (DBs/KBs and Weighted Barbell)
30 DB/KB Thrusters (40+/20+)
100m Equipment Carry/Run (Barbell)
60 Pushups
200m Equipment Carry/Run (Barbell)
30 Power  Snatch (95/65)
600m Run/Equipment Carry

For Time.

On the first round you carry equipment to the needed station and drop it off.
On the last round, you will pick up all gear at stations, after work is completed and carry it, for the remainder of the workout.
All reps are You-Go-I-Go, evenly split, except pushups. You may complete them simultaneously.
