Warmup then…
A) Front Squat dynamic effort (for speed)
10′ EMOM – 3 reps @ 65-70%

B) prowler drag/pull + 8 KB power swings

C) Animal Mode Conditioning (wear weight vests or rucks if you have them)
(60″ max distance animal racing / 60″ off) x 4 between cones
(bear crawl, crab walk, army low crawl, low crawl arms only)
