1st Leg – 400m Sled Push (2/1 & KB (53/35), @ turn around point -> 30 AKBS 30 Push Up 20 V-Up 10 Burpee

2nd Leg – 800m Run, @ turn around ->
40 Air Squats
30 (2ct) Flutter Kick,
@ Gym 10 Pull Up
30 SA Snatch

3rd Leg – 1000m Row -> 3 Rope Climb
30 Wall Ball
10 Power Clean (155/115 or 185/135)
20 T2B
