Ready for the Fight?

As a two-person team complete the following:
Partner 1 runs 800m while Partner 2 Rows for Calories.  Once partner 1 crosses the finish line, subtract calorie count from total time.

Then complete the following as a team:

100 Thrusters (#95M / #65W)
Barbell cannot touch the ground, 10 second penalty each time the barbell touches the ground.

100 Burpees
800 m Dumbell Farmer’s Walk/Run (#25M / #20W)
– One team member carries a pair of dumbells. Dumbells can be traded off.  Team must finish together for clock to stop.
