2 Squat Cleans @ 60%
3 Muscle Ups (Scale – jump/pull)
4 Box Jumps (24″/20)
6 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
7 Toes-to-Bar
30 Double Unders
Rest 2 – 3 mins between each round.
