WOD Tips:

Today’s workout has two focus areas. The back squat strength session is moderately heavy and preparing you for the upcoming back squat cycle that starts next week. The workout of the day has a High intensity effect. Weights are light to keep heart rate elevated. Later rounds will become more difficult as push-ups increase. Focus on solid form and technique with push-ups and cleans. Target 6+ rounds.
