Deadlift and Press

Conditioning: “Trevor Palmer Birthday WOD – Happy 40th”
Equipment needed: barbell or pair of dumbbells

Buy-in: 40 double unders (or 80 singles or 80 jumping jacks)
20 rounds total
Rounds 1 -5 do the following each round:
4 thrusters + 1 burpee
80 ft bear crawls

Rounds 6 – 10 do the following each round:
4 thrusters + 1 burpee
80 ft overhead carry

Rounds 11 – 15 do the following each round:
4 thrusters + 1 burpee
80 ft lunges

Rounds 16 – 20 do the following each round:
4 thrusters + 1 burpee
80 ft running

Cash-out: 40 double unders (or 80 singles / jumping jacks)
