Coaching Notes: On deadlifts work off 90% of your 1RM. for those that liked the sumo deadlifts last consider doing them for the strength cycle. Ninjas can make HSPU a deficit. Today’s is a sprint interval, go as fast as you can every round. If you can’t finish the round with 45 Sec. of rest cut back reps on OHS and pull ups.
