10 Ring Dips

10 Pull Ups

Upon completion of 10 Rounds, End WOD with 800m Run.

After 5 minutes of Rest, move on to RX PLUS for 3 Rounds of:

10 Tire Flips

15 GHD Sit Ups

50m Tire Drag
