400m Prowler Push
300 Push Ups, 50 per person
800m Equipment Carry, 100# per team, 2 carrying at time
60 Tire Flips, 10 per person
400m Equipment Carry, 100# per team, 2 carrying at a time
300 Burpees, 50 per person, 2 working at a time
