400m Prowler Push (95#M/50#W)
400m Tire Drag
100 Tire Flips
800m Kettlebell/Dumbell Carry (50#44#35#25#M/35#30#25#15#W)
100 Pull Ups
100 Burpees, “U go, I go”
200 Sledge Strikes

As a 4 person team, Start with an 800m Run. First team to arrive can pick any event and complete movements in any order before moving to next event.  Must complete all events as a team before moving on.
Finish with a 400m Run.

For Time.

*Prowler Push – One member pushes at a time. 
Tire Drag
– One member drags at a time. 
Tire Flips –
More than one member can lift at a time.
Kettlebell/Dumbell Carry
– Any position, transport anyway as a team,  4 separate weights. 
Pull Ups
– One person at a time on the bar.
Sledge Strikes – 2 members working at a time.
