Using a deck of cards, randomly select a card & complete the number of reps indicated of the following exercises:

HEARTS: Deadlift

SPADES: Box Jumps

DIAMONDS: Dumbell Thrusters

CLUBS: 4 count Push Ups

FACE CARDS: 10 Air Squats

ACES: 10 Burpees

JOKER: Parking Lot Sprint
