“Crash Site Redux”

All movements are completed as a 4 person team. Only one person working at a time completing reps, except at Station #1. Station #1 – Each member must complete 50 squats. Then, 200m Run to “Crash Site’ for Bear Crawl. Pick up two 45#M/35#W Barbells to be carried by two team members at all times.  The barbells cannot touch the ground while transitioning between team members. At Station #2 – complete 200 Box Jumps (22″M/20″W). Run 200m while carrying barbells to Station #3 – complete 200 Push Press. Run 200m to Station #4 – complete 200 Kettlebell Swings.  Run 500m back to the Base, return barbells to Station #2, complete 800m Run. Time is called once all team members have crossed the finish line.
