Got Sleds?

 As a 4 person team, 125m Sled Push to Station #1 (50#M/30#W), Leave Sled at Station #1.  Return to FireBase, complete 200 Kettlebell Swings (53#M / 44#W)*. 125m Sled Push to Station #2, return to FireBase complete 200 Wall Ball (20#M/15#W)*.  125m Sled Push to Station #3, Run to forward dev area complete 200 Ball Slams (30#M/20#W)*.  125m Sled Push to Station #4, Return to forward dev area complete 100 yard Walking Lunge (All members can work at the same time). Return Sled to Station #2. Return to FireBase, each member must complete 5 Rounds of Cindy* (5 Pull Ups – 10 Push Ups – 15 Air Squats). Pick Up Sled at Station #2, Return to Starting Line. 

For Time.

*Prowler Push: Only one person pushing prowler at a time. 
*Kettlebell Swing/Wall Ball/Ball Slams:
Only one person completing movements at a time.
*Cindy: Only one person on bar at a time.
