5 Reps at 50% of 1RM
3 Reps at 60% of 1RM
Work Sets:
5 Reps at 75% of 1RM
3 Reps at 85% of 1RM
AMRAP at 95% of 1RM

Death By:
RX- Situps/ Back Squat (45#M/35#F)
RTG- Toes to Bar/Back Squat (95#M/65#F)

1st Minute: 1 Situp
2nd Minute: 2 Back Squats
3rd Minute: 3 Situps
4th Minute: 4 Back Squats

Continues until you can no longer complete all reps in 1 Minute
