Weightlifting: Jerks

This week we will work on finding a 3RM for the Clean/Jerk/Snatch. Today will be the Jerk the goal is to catch the bar as low as necessary to successfully make the lift. A 3RM would be a weight you can manage three consecutive lifts with no down time, though reset time is encouraged.

20 min AMRAP
5 deadlifts
5 hang power cleans
5 front squats
5 back squats
200 m run

Level 1: 95/65
Level 2: 115/75
Level 3: 135/95
