Weightlifting: Jerk

We are going to do weightlifting for a cycle focusing on the Olympic lifts. Wednesday will be focused on the Jerk. Instead of progression through the sets, the percentages will be locked.

Week 1 will focus on finding a good 1RM weight to work off of.

8 push-ups
8 weighted sit-ups (20+/15+)
8 air squat
8 pull-ups
8 deadlifts (95/65)
8 hang cleans (95/65)
8 shoulder to overhead (95/65)
8 calorie row
