Strength: Snatch – Week 2
50×3, 60×3, 70×3, 80×2, 85×2

16’ Skills EMOM
4 sets of the following:
5-8 strict Toes-to-bar
10 dips (bar or ring)
25 single or double-unders
10 handstand push-ups

Conditioning: 4’ AMRAP of the following
10 wall balls
5 burpees

Rx+: Substitute 5 heavy bags over the shoulder, Strongman style, for burpees.

Notes: For the skills EMOM, pick the more difficult variant to work on, such as double-unders instead of singles if you’re not proficient at DU’s yet. The AMRAP should be a hard sprint.
