Metcon: Partner Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible:
Ascending Ladder
1 Thruster 95/65
2 Thrusters
3,4,5, etc…

Partner 1 Completes 1 Thruster followed by Partner 2 completing 2 Thrusters. Each partner will switch back forth adding 1 rep to the thrusters until the 10 minute time expires.

Rest 3 Minutes

4 Rounds for Time (You-Go-I-Go-Format)
400M Run Together (1000M Row, split if bad weather)
42 Kettlebell Swings
24 Pull-ups
12 Box Jump Overs
