Group Warm Up
Conditioning:
1000M Run (Together), Then
Partner WOD, 5 Rounds:
15 Wall Balls
10 Burpees
5 Parallette Pass Throughs

Partner 1 completes wall balls, burpees, and parallette pass throughs while partner 2 rows. Once complete, partner 2 completes movements while partner 1 rows. Each partner must complete the 5 rounds of movements; score for team is time minus calories rowed.
