Buzz the Tower – 400m run. On return, sprint from drive way to door
Sports Montage – 20 each. Slam ball situp, toss the ball to your partner.
Leave your Wingman – Split up. 25 Pull ups and 40 Push ups. (Each, at the same time, but don’t move on to other movement until your partner finishes)
Engage the MiGs- 400m run with the slam ball.
You’ve Lost that Lovin Feeling – 5 partner squats.
