1st Floor

P1 – Step Ups Until partner finishes (90 degree Knee)

P2 – 20 AKBS + 20 Sit Ups + 20 Push Ups

Switch

2nd Floor – 20 Ball Slams + 20 Leg Lifts + 20 Ring Rows

3rd Floor – 20 Deadlifts (155/115) + 20 Flutter Kicks (2ct) + 20 Pike Push Up

4th Floor – 15 Hang Power Clean + 15 Russian Twist (2ct) + 15 Pull Ups

5th Floor – 10 Power Snatch (115/75) + 10 Hollow Rock + 10 IN and Outs (15/10)

6th Floor – 5 Cluster + 5 T2B + 5 Burpee

7th Floor – 400m Run
