WOD. As a 2 person team, chip away at the following:

6 Rope Climbs (Climb Off Mayflower)
400m Run with Sandbag (Carry Supplies to Land)
20 Pistols (Fend Off the Natives)
80 Hammerstrikes  (Chop Trees & Build Houses)
120 Air Squats (Sit Down for Supper)
40 Power Cleans at 135#M/95#F (Clean up After Supper)
60 Kettlebell Swings at 53#M/35#F (Celebrate America!)
