As a team of two, complete the following:
50m Walking Lunge
50 Curtis Ps (85#/65#)*
50 Lateral Burpees
150 Wall Ball with Slam Ball (20#/15#)
50 Burpee Pull Ups
80 Weighted Step Ups (20#/15#)
100 Hand Release Push Ups
*Curtis P = Power Clean, Rt Leg Lunge, Lt Leg Lunge & Push Press, 1 Rep.
All Runs must be completed together.
Cannot move to next movement without your partner.
Break up reps between each as needed.
