800m Farmers Carry (25/15 bumper plates)
1000m Run
60 Toes to Bar
60 Power Cleans (115/95)
400m Run
150 Burpees
60 Push Press
200m Run

For Time.

All reps are split evenly, you go I go.
* On first lap, in the cul-de-sac, perform 100 mountain climbers per team member.
On second lap, in the cul-de-sac, perform 100 air squats per team member.
