1000m Chase Ball RX or 1000m Ball Carry SX
75m Prowler Push (200# RX/160# SX)

*While Partner 1 rows, Partner 2 & 3 chip away at the 100 Ball Slams.  P1 calls switch at 200m, P2 begins row & P3 continues to Ball Slam with Partner 1.  Must complete Row and Ball Slams before moving to Chase Ball.
