As a team of 3, complete:
150 Double Unders (2:1 SU)
75 Handstand Pushups *
60 Toes to Bar**
45 Shoulder to Overhead*** (160#/100#)
45 Lunges (160#/100#)****

For Time.

During all movements except Double Unders, 1 Athlete per team must be in a static hold position. Only reps performed while teammate is in static hold will count. Weights must be the same as working weights.
Holds are as follows:
* Plank Hold
** Deadlift Position (no mixed grip)
*** Front Rack
**** Back Rack
