3 Rounds for time of:

1000m Run with Slam Ball (20+#/15+#)
Stop at each turn (approx every 250m) and perform the following:
Station 1: 20 Buddy Squats
Station 2: 20 Frog Jump over Partner
Station 3: 40 Ball Slams
Station 4: 40 Slam Ball Cleans

All reps are split evenly between partners.
