For Time.

First half of workout is you-go-I-go, with one partner working at a time.
10 Rounds is total round. Partner 1 begins front squats. Upon completion of the Front Squats, Partner 1 moves to Wall Balls and Partner 2 begins Front Squats, while Partner 1 does Wall Balls. You must wait for your partner to compete their movement before moving on. Continue until both partners have completed 5 rounds.
