A) 5 x 4 deadlifts @ 70-75% for speed

superset with 4 x 10 wall balls
use heavier ball (25/20), also try sets at higher target (11/10) for strength development

B) Prowler pulls + heavy bag over the shoulders

C) 2 x 100m Bear hug walks
