Part A


Even – Bench Press 5-4-3-2-1 Increase weight every round. Last round should be 90% of 1 rep max

Odd – 5 heavy wall balls. Reps should be 1 at a time. Working on hip extension and getting the wall ball as high as possible

Part B

Heavy Bag Carry + over the shoulder, Heavy Thruster, Heavy Bag Carry

Part C

Cold KB Carry – Murphy Loop
