3 Sets of Front Squats (70% /50% / 30% of 1 Rep Max)

Do Max Reps of Front Squats at 70% . Once bar is placed on ground, reps are complete.

Rest  as needed.

Repeat movement at 50% and 30% of 1 rep max.
