Natasha Garraway, aka “Nat”

Natasha Garraway

Assistant Coach
Loves: Long Endurance Workouts, Chippers are my jam!
Dislikes: Kettlebell Snatches
Fun Fact: Never have I ever had a pancake. Yup, it’s true!

I have been an athlete most of her life, participating in competitive cheerleading, gymnastics and lacrosse at the collegiate level during my time at Rollins College. I worked for the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) immediately following my time at Rollins and bring 6 years of cheerleading and gymnastics coaching to the team.

For me, when it comes to CrossFit, it was love at first lift! I have been an active part of the CrossFit community for the last 8 years and couldn’t be more thrilled about the transition from Primus Member to Coach. I believe that Helping others attain their personal goals is one of the most rewarding feelings. Ever since I stopped playing competitive sports, I have missed the camaraderie and competitiveness that those sports bring. CrossFit brought that back into my life and has carried me to the best shape of my life. The support and friendships in the box is inspirational. It is amazing to think many of our athletes have not even scratched the surface of what they are capable of achieving. I look forward to helping you work towards your next PR or goal!

Lise Carrion aka “The Mechanic”

Lise Carrions

Lise became interested in massage when her son was born prematurely in 2000, weighing in at 1lb 81/2 oz and could not be held for 1 1/2 months. The first time she held him, it was a kangaroo hold (skin-to-skin) and immediately his breathing improved, simply because he was touched. “I began to think about how the power of touch was so powerful and what could I do with this for others. I love being a Massage Therapist. It is my ministry to serve and heal how God leads my hands.”

Lise graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2003 and has been practicing ever since. She is a Kinesio Taping practitioner.
