Spartan Lite Group Classes
Our Spartan Lite class is designed to get you in great shape through boot camp style training. We’ll keep the intensity high and focus primarily on functional body weight movements that are effective at decreasing body fat and losing weight. If barbells are not your thing, then this is the class for you! There no prerequisites for this program. Start moving on your first day of class!
