Complete these workouts in any order and record your times in Zen Planner to earn your Spartan Morale patch. All four workouts must be completed by Friday, April 21st.

1000m sled push (1 x 45/1×25) + sandbag
50 sandbag squats

Battle of Thermopylae
1000m run with hammer
50 tire flips
100 hammer strikes
1000m run with hammer

Straits of Salamis
800m barbell carry 95/75 (every time bar touches ground 3 burpees)
After 800m, do 50 S2O
2000m row

Victory at Plataea
400m bear crawl
6 rope climbs
400m farmer’s carry (2 x 25 / 2 x 15)
