Teams of 4 – “Beyond the Wall”
2 x 50m relay sprints with burpee climb-over tire wall with slammer ball (20/15)
Team run to grassy field + carry equipment (barbell, weight, ball)
5 cones – (115/65) overhead walking lunges from cone to cone. Other teammates do regular walking lunges.
cone #2: 50 weighted situps (35/15) (2 people working at once)
cone #3: 50 2-count flutter kicks
cone #4: 25 S2O + 50 ball slams (2 people working at once)
cone #5: 20 reverse burpees
Overhead walking lunges back to start, no stations. Other teammates do regular walking lunges.
