Each team rolls a tire around the Primus Loop + KB carry (53/35). At the four corners, 2 people working at once:
- At 400m: 160 dips
- Cul-de-sac: 160 KB swings + 160 tire step-overs
- End of alley: 160 sit-ups + 160 KB high pulls
- At cone on street: team tire flips back to starting line
Go back inside gym. These movements are u-go-I-go:
52 squat cleans (185/115) (155/105)
52 push presses (135/85) (115/75)
52 thrusters (115/75) (95/65)
800m heavy sled push (3/2 plates)
