Operation: Independence Day VI

Teams of 4

Assign each teammate to one of the following. Everyone goes at the same time:

  • 1 rope climb + 15 burpees + 1 rope climb
  • 200m row + 50 double unders
  • 15 snatches (95/65)
  • 35 wall balls (20/15)

Everyone must finish their station before moving to the next part.

2 x 100m Sled push (2/1 plates) relay per person

1000m equipment carry with the following:
Kettlebell (53/35)
Barbell (95/65)
Slammer ball

Stop at grassy field with equipment. Full team walking lunges with all equipment.
80m – walking lunge with all equipment

Continue equipment carry. At 800m mark: (2 teammates working)
100 thrusters (95/65)
120 ball slams

At end-of-alley: (2 teammates working)
120 KB swings
100 sit-ups

Back at gym:
80 front squats (155/105)
80 cleans (155/105)

2 x 100m Sled push (2/1 plates) relay per person
