Teams of 4

Assign pairs to complete the following at same time (u-go-I-go):
70 box jumps (24/20)
80 wall balls (20/15)

Once complete, do a full loop ball chase (20/15) but stop for the following:

Go to grassy field for full team 60m (leave ball on street):

  • Walking lunges
  • Broad jumps

Complete ball chase loop.

3 x 100m sled sprints (45/25) per person

Go inside gym to clean-it-up:
40 hang cleans
40 power cleans
24 full cleans
12 clean & jerks

Switch pairs to complete the following at same time:
80 wall balls (u-go-I-go)
70 box jumps (u-go-I-go)

L1: (135/95)
L2: (155/105)
