1000M row, 800M run (Two teammates row, one teammate runs)

Then, relay style:

4 Rounds each
4 Push jerks (135/95)
4 Lateral burpees over bar
4 Toe-2-Bars

600M row, 400M run (Two teammates row, one teammate runs)

More Stuff, u-go-I-go:
60 Pull-ups
60 Thrusters (135/95)

Finisher: 3 x 100m relay sled sprints each teammate (2/1 )

Notes: Everyone has to run at least once.
